2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1-cup milk
3 Tbsp butter, melted & cooled
3 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-cup blueberries
cup chopped walnuts
Extra sugar for sprinkling

Preheat oven to 375 and grease 16 large muffin cups.Beat eggs and sugar until combined and thickened.Add milk and butter and beat well.Set aside 2 Tbsp of flour to mix with berries.Add the remaining flour, baking powder and salt to the batter and beat well to just mix.Sprinkle the blueberries with the flour and add them to the batter with the walnuts, folding them in with a rubber spatula. Divide the batter among the 16 muffin cups and sprinkle the tops with sugar.Bake for 25 minutes.
