3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 Tbs. vanilla
2 cups shredded, peeled zucchini (1 med)
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Stir in zucchini. Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture and mix well. Pour into two greased 9x5 pans or 10" Bundt Pan.

Bake at 350 degrees, 1 hour.
