TUCK INN GRANOLA

4 cups dry oats, quick or old-fashioned or mixture
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup corn oil

Gradually coat oats with oil. Roast in heavy pan with sides in 350 oven for about 20 minutes, turning with spatula occasionally. Once cooled, add brown sugar and any high fiber cereal such as All-Bran, Grape Nuts, bran flakes, raisin bran, crushed shredded wheat etc. Can also add raisins or other dry fruit such as cranberries or apricots. Crushed walnuts or other nuts are nice too.
