1 1/3 cups uncooked quick oats
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbs. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cold butter
1 cup half and half
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in half & half and egg just until moistened. Gently stir in pecans. Spoon batter evenly into 12 paper-lined or greased muffin cups.

Bake at 400 degrees, 17-20 minutes.
