1 can pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
1-cup oil
1- cups sugar
3- cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
tsp salt
1-cup raisins

Preheat oven for 350 degrees. Generously grease muffin tins. Combine pumpkin, vanilla, eggs, oil and sugar. In separate bowl sift flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Combine wet ingredients with dry. Add raisins. Fill pans 2/3 full. Bake 25-30 minutes. Makes 24.
