Vacation at the Tuck Inn Bed and Breakfast, one of Rockport MA's finest hotels with one of the best breakfasts on Cape Ann.
Welcome to the Tuck Inns’ Cape Ann Attractions Directory outlining hundreds of businesses and attractions throughout the 4 towns of Cape Ann, (Essex, Gloucester, Manchester and Rockport).
Our goal is to give basic information including web-site and e-mail links for every attraction, business, or service that a potential tourist, vacationer or traveler might need or want while visiting Cape Ann. Typically a local directory might list the Rockport, MA Inns, the antiques shops of Essex, the Whale-Watching trips of Gloucester or mention Singing Beach in Manchester; our directory goes far beyond the usual tourism information published. You’ll be able to find and contact the local churches, medical facilities, variety stores, supermarkets, Post Offices, etc. along with a multitude of other possible visitor information throughout Cape Ann.
In addition, we have included a number of attractions or items of interest outside of Cape Ann, which we consider could be a possible “Day Trip” for our guests.
To help you in using the Directory, we have color coded the attractions by town as follows: Essex (brown), Gloucester (green), Manchester (blue), Rockport (red) and towns or cities outside of Cape Ann (purple).

Our directory is currently in development; be sure to check back often as we continue to add new listings and links!
Cape Ann is extraordinarily diverse in the variety and amount of attractions and interesting things to see and do throughout the area. We also boast the distinct advantage of daily train service to Salem and Boston, MA. Geographically, we are fortunate to be little more than an hours' drive from the historical towns of Concord, & Lexington and we are handy to much more throughout Massachusetts as well. Additionally, our visitors are always surprised to discover how short a drive it is to Portsmouth, New Hampshire and the outlet shops of Maine - under 90 minutes. Consequently, Cape Ann and Rockport, MA in particular has become increasingly popular as a Vacation Destination. Given our proximity to the village center and the train station in Rockport, we invite you to use the Tuck Inn as your "Home Base" while visiting. However, whether you stay with us or any of the other fine Cape Ann Inns, you will discover that there is:
So Much To See! So Much To Do! One Day Is Simply Not Enough!
Footnote: We need your help! Our intent is that this Directory will grow to become an all-inclusive resource for visitors to Cape Ann.
