This garden tour is a benefit for Breast Cancer Research throughout a number of a home gardens in the Bow Ridge area of Lynn, MA (about 45 minutes from Rockport). The tour is to be held on Saturday, June 24th 2006, with a rain date of Sunday, June 25th. The tour was started by a friend of ours who was a breast cancer survivor. The cost of the tour is $12/person in advance, or $15/person on the day of the tour. All proceeds go to benefit Cancer Research! An additional attraction at 9:00 that morning is a presentation of Birds of Prey by:(www.wingmasters.net). On top of the Garden Tour, this group (the Pink Angels) will again be entered for the 3 day walk for Cancer on August 4th, 5th and 6th of this year (www.the3day.org). Last year, The Pink Angels proudly raised in excess of $100,000 for Cancer Research and are hoping to raise even more this year - thank you in advance for your support!
