We have developed such an unusually high rate of repeat business from prior guests that securing last minute reservations with us can be exceedingly difficult. Accordingly, we strongly advise potential guests to make their reservations with us as early as possible.

We are a NON-SMOKING INN.

• Taxes and Misc: Additional 9.7% MA tax added to daily room rates. Rates are per room, based on double occupancy. Rooms 9 & B accommodate families of up to 4 which is calculated in the rate.
• Discounts : There is a 10% discount for weekly rentals (7 days or more) for rooms 1-9. This cannot be combined in addition to our weekly "Winter Special".
• Minimum stay: Two nights minimum in July, August and most weekends. Three nights minimum on holidays. Rooms 9, A, & B are reserved by the week during the summer (some restrictions apply).
• For our "Peak Season" (5/23 - 8/31), preference will be given to long term reservations until April 1st; thereafter, short term bookings will be accepted.
• Payment: Deposit of one night's stay required, balance due upon check-in. We prefer cash or check, but also accept Mastercard and Visa for your convenience.
• Check-In/Out: Check in is 2-9 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m. Late check-ins must be prearranged with the innkeepers.
• Cancellations: Your deposit will be refunded with ten days' notice or if the room is re-rented for your entire stay.
• Parking: One car per room. After check-out, cars must be removed to accommodate incoming guests.
• Restrictions: For the comfort of all, pets are not allowed.
